Websites

New websites, moving an existing site, changes, and monthly care once it’s live. Prices in US dollars, plus sales tax.

A new website, or moving the one you have

Each new site or move is its own project, quoted in writing before any work starts.

  1. Tell us what the site needs to do and what you have now.
  2. We agree the scope, the price and what “done” means in a written quote.
  3. You review the finished site against that agreement. Anything agreed that’s missing, we fix at no extra charge.
  4. You confirm acceptance by email, and we agree when to launch.
  5. For 60 days after launch, mistakes in our work are fixed free.
  6. If you’d like, a monthly plan keeps it hosted, checked and up to date.

An hour on us. Let us put a small “Website by Raeltek” link in your new site’s footer, and you get an hour of website changes free to use any time in the first year. It’s optional and written into your quote.

Talk about a new website

Changes to an existing website

$140 per hour

New pages, new forms, layout changes and other development, billed in 15-minute increments ($35), with your approval first.

On a monthly plan, small fixes such as typos, broken images and updated business details are included instead. See how plan time works.

Business automation and AI workflows

Fixed price per automation

Quoted before work begins, based on our $140 hourly rate. If it takes us longer than estimated, that’s on us. Plus sales tax.

Untangling or repairing an existing setup is billed at $140 an hour, up to a limit you approve first.

You stay in charge

Anything that goes to your customers or involves money waits for your approval. Before we build, we tell you which tools and AI services will see your information. Automations run on accounts in your business’s name, and any paid tools or AI usage are listed in the quote.

If you or your staff do the same computer task over and over, we can connect the tools you already use so it happens on its own.

  • Website and email enquiries sorted, logged and given a draft reply for you to check
  • Reminders and follow-ups for appointments, quotes, reviews and unpaid invoices
  • Details copied between forms, spreadsheets, calendars, invoicing and your customer list
  • AI steps such as drafting, summarizing and sorting messages

Once it’s running

Any monthly plan can look after it. See how plan time works.

  • Upkeep covers changing wording, recipients, timing or field mappings, updating AI instructions, reconnecting after a tool changes, and checking run history.
  • It uses the plan’s 30-minute small-change allowance, shared with website changes, plus support hours on the $300 and $700 plans. Beyond that, $140 an hour with your approval.
  • New workflows, tools and AI steps are quoted separately.
  • After-hours help applies only to an automation a $700 plan names as covered.
  • Mistakes in our own work within the 60-day correction period are fixed free and don’t use plan time.

How plan time works

Small changes, support, larger work and free corrections are four separate things.

Small changes, every plan
Up to 30 minutes a month of small fixes within your existing layout: typos and short wording, prices and service descriptions you supply, business hours and contact details, replacing existing images, fixing links, and routine Google Business Profile updates. Automation adjustments use this time too. New pages, forms or features, redesigns, integrations and SEO work aren’t small changes, however quick.
Support hours, $300 and $700 plans
Questions, troubleshooting and looking after the automations we built. On the $700 plan, routine and emergency work draw from the same four hours.
Larger changes
New pages, new forms, layout changes and other development are $140 per hour, with your approval first. They don’t use your plan’s support hours.
Free corrections for 60 days
For 60 days after launch, if something Raeltek delivered doesn’t work as agreed because of a mistake in Raeltek’s code or configuration, diagnosing and fixing it is free and doesn’t use your included time. Anything reported within those 60 days stays covered until it’s fixed. Later paid changes get their own 60-day period.
  • Time is tracked in 15-minute increments ($35 for hourly work). Unused time doesn’t roll over.
  • Extra support is $140 per hour, the same rate day or night, and only with your approval first.
  • New requests, and problems caused by something outside Raeltek’s work, are billed at the normal rate.
  • Hosting is included in the website plans. Your domain is registered in your name, and you pay for it directly.

How subscription support works

Routine hours, emergency response and resolution time are three separate things.

Routine support hours
Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, except US federal holidays. Questions, small fixes and non-urgent problems are handled during these hours.
Emergency response target
On the $700 managed observability plan, for a critical incident affecting a covered service, the target is a first response within one hour, any time of day. A response means a person has acknowledged the problem and started working out what’s wrong.
Resolution time
How long a fix takes depends on the problem. The one-hour target covers the first response, not the fix, so there is no promised resolution time.

Which services are covered, how to raise an emergency, and which alerts count as critical are set up with each customer. For systems Raeltek builds and hosts, Raeltek handles troubleshooting and recovery of its own code, configuration and hosting setup. If an outside provider has an outage, Raeltek works with them and looks for workarounds but can’t repair their infrastructure.
